Thanks to inks007 for this well made design (Thingyverse thing:2969556).I used it for with Igus drylin RJ4JP-01-08 bearings. And it works very well so far. I upgraded the x- and y-axis with RJ4JP bearings and it's super quiet now, doesn't have any play and runs super smooth. The design should also work with the standard bearings.I did have some issues with the original design:When I installed the y-axis on my new MK3s I noticed that it rubbed against the frame. Picture of it is attached. After learning how OpenSCAD works, I figured out how to adjust the design accordingly. Now the remixed version won't rub against the frame anymore.Everyone should just need to adjust this one parameter:bearing_od_loosen -> adjust it according to the bearing, printer settings and filament materialI uploaded the 6 different files with different diameters of the hole for the bearing:-0.2= -0.2mm smaller diameter-0.1 = -0.1mm smaller diameter0.0 = normal diameter+0.1 = 0.1mm larger diameter+0.2 = 0.2mm larger diameter+0.3 = 0.3mm larger diameterPrint the version whitch makes a nice press fit for your bearing. What you need for this design:6x M3 16mm-18mm screws. (Use washers with the 18mm long screws otherwise they will hit the frame)6x M3 nuts--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Changelog:V2: 28.02.2023 after countless requests I finally adjusted the bearing mount to be 0.3mm shorter to get rid of the y-axis error. Renamed all models. They used to be called +01 → +0.1 as printables now support dots (.) in the filename.
