Customizable Profile Screw Thread

Human: OpenSCAD module to create screw threads with customizable profiles. The .STL file showcases a male/female pair with a trapezoid profile. Arguments are: * A list of points outlining the thread's profile, passed as if to polygon(). * Pitch * Diameter * Height The module respects $fa as the minimum angle of a fragment. This can be optionally set to control resolution. The profile consists of [x,y] points describing a polygon. Values of 0 for x lie on the surface of a cylinder with the corresponding diameter. Positive values of x will create recessed features, while negative values will protrude. Update 2016-02-13 In a previous version, the module aligned the profile in the plane perpendicular to the thread, causing slight distortions in vertical cross-sections (disproportionate to pitch). The current version aligns profiles in vertical cross-sections.
