Customizable, print-in-parts Smartphone/Tablet stand for Logitech G25/G27/G29/G920 Steering Wheel

A remix of AndrewFX's phone or tablet mount for Logitech steering wheels. This stand sits on the nuts that hold the wheel in place and lets you use a phone or tablet as a dashboard if your racing software supports it. The original is larger than a lot of cheap printers and has a lot of curves and overhangs that make it difficult to print, so this one you can print in parts if you need to. It's otherwise identical to the original. You'll need to make two, three, or even four versions of this to get all the parts you need and this is a non-trivial amount to render due to the complex curves, so I'd recommend downloading OpenSCAD at Smartphone/Tablet stand for Logitech and using the customizer locally instead of doing it using the Thingiverse customizer app to avoid waiting for ages on your job. Post-Printing Superglue the parts together. If you print the holder itself in two halves there isn't enough surface material between the halves to make glue work well, so put a popsicle stick or something like that across the back of both holder halves and glue both to the stick. How I Designed This The original is made in OpenSCAD, so I set it up to let you only print some of the model at once. Easy! Category: Video Games
