Customizable Poor Man's Eurocard PCB Saver Case
prusaprinters

Just a frame, with which you can protect your soldered pcb with a shield.

--

I also added STLs for the commonly used sizes (15mm height):

euro full (160x100)

euro half (80x100)

euro quarter (80*50)

For a recent project i took 2 full eurocard pcbs; one with copper etchings, one without and just sandwiched it between the two with plastic-standoffs. simply works.

Also frames for standoffs are added to prevent the frame from wandering around, giving more stability and better printability because the frame tends less to lift up while printing with more mass at the edges.

Fully customizable through scad or with Customizer. Can be scaled to any size you want to.

Instructions

prints fine with .5 nozzle in pla and .3 layer height @60mm/s
Category: Electronics
