Simple Gear Puller Design Customizable gear puller ideal for extracting small motors. **Required Non-Printed Parts** * Bolt and nut (standard M4) * Motor axis pusher - a small hex key bit is recommended **Design Parameters** * `hole_d`: diameter of the motor axis hole * `space_x`, `space_z`: dimensions of the inner compartment (`space_x * space_x * space_z`) * `grip_t`: thickness of the gear gripping surface * `side_t`: wall thickness of the side walls * `nut_d`: nut size measured across hexagonal angles (default: M4 fitting) * `bolt_d`: bolt hole diameter for smooth passage * `pusher_d`, `pusher_fn`: pusher hole dimensions - hex key bits require `d` to be the bit size and `fn = 6` for a hexagonal hole * `joint_h`: joining part height * `joint_minimal_t`: minimum wall thickness of the joining part
