Customizable Phone Tripod Mount

This iPhone Camera Mount, based on boemeles' design (see "Derived From" entry), has been redesigned in OpenSCAD for size customization to suit various tripods and phones. The bottom fits a quick-release tripod mount while the top securely holds an iPhone or other flat-fronted, flat-backed phone between two plastic blocks. Customize it using Thingiverse Customizer according to your specifications. When making a customized version, avoid naming it as "My Customized Phone Tripod Mount" and consider publishing with '[Phone Model] on [Tripod Model] Tripod Mount". About a hundred customized versions have been made so far. The pictured mount was 3D printed on a Replicator 2 using MakerWare's default Medium settings, featuring MatterHacker green PLA plastic. It was designed with iPhone 4S dimensions and Vista tripod base measurements in mind when creating the STL file.
