There are still new phones on the market today without wireless charging capabilities. The concept here is straightforward: build a charging stand that fits your phone perfectly, with an ejector mechanism that allows you to remove the phone with just one push. However, the challenging part lies in aligning the USB charging cable. Below are some steps to follow for proper alignment, ensuring the USB plug always slides smoothly into the phone's input port every time, thereby avoiding potential scratches on your phone's paint around the USB port. STEP 1 - Set up parameters and print the necessary 3D objects. Verify that your phone fits snugly into the slot. Next, install the metal shaft and the ejector mechanism. STEP 2 - Place your phone in the stand with the USB charging cable connected. Adjust the ejector stop position to allow the USB cable to provide primary support for the phone. STEP 3 - Apply glue to secure the position of the USB charging cable while the phone is still connected, being cautious not to spill any glue on the phone itself. STEP 4 - Remove your phone from the stand and add more glue to the USB charging cable to ensure it remains stable even when subjected to heavy pressure.
