I discovered an amazing design by KSUSZKA and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the original case lacked places for some larger drill bits I have, so I started making it more suitable for my needs. In the process, I found out that the hole case could be easily dimensioned just by specifying the smaller and larger drill bit it should contain. After a few days poking around KSUSZKA's code, which is very well written, I came up with this improved version. I put some STL files available, but I think no one wants a case with a big "Your Name Here" on the front. Customize your own and don't forget to post a make of your case! If you plan to make a large case like mine, I strongly recommend printing a fit test first. Print just the top of the base and the bottom of the cover to check how the two parts fit together. If it's too loose or too tight, go to the Advanced parameters and adjust the CoverGap. Check also how the drill bits fit on the holes. You can adjust it with the Clearance parameter. I got all the drill bits sizes from an Irwin catalog. Check if yours are equivalent or make the appropriate modifications on the code.
