This is a collection of customizable pegboard items:\r\n-----------------------------------------------------------\r\n\r\n* An adapter with hooks for aligning a pegboard to shelf standards is included.\r\n* A combination spacer/support is added for supporting the pegboard from below.\r\n* A pegboard tray is provided for holding loose objects.\r\n* Pegboard hooks are available for use.\r\n* Straps are included for attaching a Tenergy TB6B battery charger to a pegboard.\r\n* A pegboard 1S LiPo 6in1 charger holder is part of the collection.\r\n* A pegboard anchor hook and nub module is used by other pegboard modules.\r\n\r\nUpdate January 2021:\r\n----------------\r\n\r\n* An 11 hook USB cable holder pegboard STL is added with a hook length of 30mm.\r\n* A thicker, longer single hook STL with a slightly higher angle for holding heavier objects is included.\r\n \r\nUpdate May 12, 2020:\r\n-------------------\r\n\r\n* Pegboard hooks are now available.\r\n* A pegboard 1S 6in1 charger holder has been added.\r\n* A minor anchor positioning bug was fixed.\r\n* The pegboard-things.scad file was refactored to make it more useful for other pegboard hole sizes and separations.\r\n\r\nGeneral Notes:\r\n--------------\r\n\r\n1. By default, the pegboard items are designed for 1/4" holes, 1" hole spacing, and 3/16" pegboard thickness.\r\n2. In general, customizable pegboard and shelf standard dimensions are in inches, while everything else is in millimeters.\r\n3. The anchor hooks in pegboard-tray.scad are automatically spaced based on the number of anchor hooks and tray width.\r\n4. The standard-to-pegboard-hook.scad customizer variable front_plate_hole_width_in has a default value of 3.5", which is a big enough opening for four pegboard holes.\r\n5. In pegboard-charger-holder.scad, two straps are printed, one for each side.\r\n6. The included units.scad file comes from the OpenSCAD repo in libraries/MCAD.\r\n7. This collection has been tested with the OpenSCAD customizer only, not with the Thingiverse customizer app.\r\n\r\nPegboard Hooks Notes:\r\n---------------------\r\n\r\n* Anchors are automatically placed, and some control over anchor placement can be had by tweaking the hook_s2s_separation, hook_dist_to_side, and anchor_hook_offset_to_edge variables.\r\n* Increase the hook_diameter and possibly hook_angle for supporting heavier objects. The current defaults are 5mm and 2 degrees respectively.\r\n* Extra anchor clearance: a positive value makes anchors longer/narrower, while a negative value makes anchors shorter/fatter.\r\n* The flip_for_print customizable variable is false by default, but I usually set it to true before rendering/exporting the STL. Setting up the proper print orientation can also be done in the slicer, but I use flip_for_print as a convenience.\r\n\r\n1S 6in1 Charger Notes:\r\n----------------------\r\n\r\n- It is recommended to print the hole-check first to verify the charger pegs fit in the corresponding holder holes. If not, adjust the charger dimensions or hole_clearance accordingly. The hole_clearance used to generate the STL file is relatively large so the holder should be usable even if your printer is off by a little.\r\n\r\nThanks!
