Customizable PCB Legs and Standoffs
thingiverse
This is a remix of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3045978 The original author did all of the heavy lifting in terms of the parametric calculations and design. I had a different use for the output than they did so I updated it to fit my needs. In its current iteration it can still be used for the intended purpose of the original author, I just added some options. I added the ability to render/generate just the leg/base, standoff or both. I also added the ability to set the distance between the models if printing both. (before it was a calculation that worked well, but since it generates a single stl I wanted to be able to move them closer in case I had planned to try to print many multiples at once and wanted to optimize print bed real estate.) If only 1 part is selected to generate, it will center that part on the print. I added parameters to control the aspects of the leg and standoff separately, IE: the height, diameter and screw hole size are now specifically set for either of those. The parameters are shown in the screenshot I included. I also included a sample stl output and of course the scad file for anyone to use/update/modify as needed.
