This modular container is fully customizable! You can define the dimensions of the primary compartment, number of compartments, and eliminate the walls between them to create larger containers! How it works? It's similar to a grid or matrix, where you specify the number of columns and rows for the compartments. Then, there are walls in between in both x and y directions, also represented as matrices (matwallx and matwally). You can remove these walls by inputting 0 into the corresponding matrix element. Additionally, there are small columns between walls that need to be removed if you want to combine four small compartments into one larger compartment. This is achieved using another matrix. Note that the thickness of walls, side walls, and bottom are all equal. You can set this value yourself; my preference is 1.5 mm. I've only included one example; feel free to create your own based on your printer's size and needs! Update v.2, April 22, 2018: The pins were not functioning as intended (at least for me!). I have replaced them with cubes. You may need a small support at the corners to print overhangs. The STL files are not updated; it is highly recommended that you use OpenSCAD and create your own designs!
