The custom-fit design ensures a perfect fit on the wrist and remains easy to put on and take off by hand. Installation Instructions: 1. Measure the total length of your current band in its regular wear position. You can do this by removing the old band first with a tool. 2. Take note of the length and diameter of the previous spring bar inside the band. If the watch band has a setback at the bar, ignore the band width. Purchase suitable quick-release spring bars to match your needs. 3. After receiving the spring bars, verify their position and put all measurements into the customizer or SCAD file. Generate an STL file for printing. 4. Print the STL with flexible filament, ensuring the material adheres to your desired specifications. 5. Place the spring bar in the printed band and push the pegged bar inside the window opening using a tiny screwdriver. 6. Attach the end of the band without the window to the top socket of the watch from the outside. 7. Wrap the watch around your wrist and secure the other end, which may require some practice initially but becomes convenient with time. Recommended Band Thickness: - For filament with a Shore hardness below 90A, use a thickness of 2mm - For filament with a Shore hardness of 95A, use a thickness of 1.6mm - For filament with a Shore hardness of 98A, use a thickness of 1.2mm Required Materials: - Flexible or semi-flexible filament - Two quick-release spring bars at the size for your watch - Watch band pin remover or similar tool
