Customizable Off Grid Power Center
thingiverse
A self-sustaining off-grid power system designed for customization.\r\n\r\nWe embark on off-road camping and prospecting adventures, requiring a reliable power source to charge various devices via a Marine Deep Cycle battery. The battery gets charged when we're camped, thanks to solar panels, and while traveling, the truck's alternator takes over. Our primary energy consumer is an ARB refrigerator/freezer, which draws approximately 3 amps. We also use LED lights at night and keep electronics charged.\r\n\r\nImportant considerations:\r\nSTL Files - This project utilizes multiple STL files created by me. However, I've only included the "DC and Solar Input Panel/Mount for Charging Deep Cycle Batteries" in this Thing.\r\nPlease see the "Custom" section below "Things Needed" for links to the required .stl files.
