Customizable music stand for keyboard / stage piano
thingiverse
In some keyboards, a music stand may not be included, especially if it's second-hand. Replacing it can be tough. Thus, I designed a printable stand at a lower cost. The Scad file allows customization of width, length, height, angle, corner sizes, and rod diameters. For the FAME Stage SP, eloxed aluminum rods with 4mm diameter were used to connect plastic parts. This music stand can be tailored for various keyboards with holder holes. Follow these steps for the FAME Piano SP: 1. Buy rods and cut them according to OpenSCAD's ECHO command output. 2. Print a test piece to ensure correct hole diameters for your slicer. Re-define "rod_d" if needed. 3. Print all parts, then check if the hole distances fit your keyboard. 4. Assemble the three large pieces together, and glue if necessary. 5. Do the same for the smaller pieces. 6. Combine both constructs and glue them together. 7. Attach the new stand to your keyboard and play!
