Materials Required: - Fishing Line - Elastic Bands - 0.0625 or Smaller Wire Important Note: STL Files Must Be Scaled Up by 10 Times for Proper Sizing Due to CAD Software Issue. To Assemble the Prosthetic Hand, Five "Finger Tip" and "Finger Part" Pieces Need to Be Printed. Four "2nd Finger Part" Pieces Must Also Be Printed. One "Prosthetic Palm" Piece Requires Support During Printing. Design Files for Autodesk Inventor Are Included, Allowing Users to Modify the Design as Needed. The Finger Parts Do Not Require Support, But the Palm Part Does. The Prosthetic Hand Is Designed with Open-Source Mounting in Mind, Enabling Users to Customize the Mounting Options Based on Their Requirements. Additional Mounting Options Will Be Added in the Future. To Operate the Prosthetic Hand, Elastic Bands Are Attached to the Back of the Fingers, Keeping Them Open. A Fishing Line Passes Through Holes on the Front of the Fingers, Allowing Users to Close the Hand by Pulling the Line.
