Customizable mount point adapter, connector, and spacer
thingiverse
This is an adaptable mount point interface, connector, and separator. I'm baffled as to why it doesn't function in the customizer web app, but it works perfectly in OpenSCAD. You can utilize this to connect one array of mount points to another, for instance, mounting your upgraded 360w power supply on the existing mount points of the Anet A8. Essentially, it is a connector of two points and a separator of specific distances. As always, sand the contact surfaces to distribute loads across the part with friction. You can adjust: Thickness Width Shape (rounded, cornered, hex) Distance between holes Diameter of holes Countersinks (cone, cylindrical) Nut slots Depth of countersinks and nut slots Which side of the piece each countersink or nut slot will be on You'll need supports if the countersinks are on opposite sides, unless it's a cone that faces down.
