Click on the "Open in Customizer" link to fine-tune many of the parameters yourself. To achieve the desired look, you'll need to adjust the size and position of the initials so they overlap perfectly and remain connected. My daughter created these for her friends and attached them to cork backing. The resulting STL file will be 3.5 inches in diameter if you use the outer circle. If you want to cut this design with a laser cutter, make sure OpenSCAD is installed on your computer. Then download and run the .scad file to create a 2D DXF file - detailed instructions are included.
