Customizable Monogram Pendant with multiple loops_Dual

I modified this awesome monogram openSCAD script from thingiverse with dual extruder support. The monogram is GDD - I guess I shouldn't wear my initials or people might think I'm a deity. Some sharp-eyed viewers may wonder how I printed 3 colors: Orange, White, and WhiteOrange. It's easy with dual extruders: you carefully align your nozzles so they're not perfectly level, set the flow rates of each filament to different levels, and adjust Cura overlap to 15%. That's it! Some other sharp viewers may wonder why all my prints are done this way... Well, it's tough to achieve the opposite with those conditions and keep it consistent for more than one print. Dual Print Turn dual_color "On" and set print_dual_top = "Combined" to preview. Then turn dual_color "On" and set print_dual_top = "TopOnly" and make that an STL. Set dual_color "On" and print_dual_top = "BottomOnly" and make that an STL. Load both STLs in Cura, select "dual merge," and you're done. Fixes V2 The outer ring was sometimes printed with the top color extruder instead of the bottom. Check out the A heart B pendant picture for an example of this bug. The GDD picture shows how to fix it. V3 - Not Yet Released When backing is specified, does it mean print the monogram on both sides or a blank back? For mono-color prints, I assume it means a blank back. But for dual color, shouldn't it be the monogram? When I figure that out, I'll write the code. P.S. I made a mess of the originator's script by adding conditionals all over the place. So if you're not printing with dual extruders, use his original - you might find fewer bugs.
