Uploaded a SCAD-file so you can customize the text on the part yourself. It's my very first SCAD-file, so please be gentle with me :-). Feel free to use the customizer. You may know those made of wood. I created my own using 3D-printing technology :-D. The disc has a 37x5 mm slot, making it compatible with 2 Euro coins. It features an outer diameter of 58, which fits perfectly on socks with EU-size 86-92. To give you the chance to enter your own text, I added the step-files. I crafted the text using inkscapes "text fit to path" and "path to object" functions and then imported it into Fusion 360. There are plenty of tutorials available for that process.
