Goals: 1) To derive all dimensions of any size snowman from a single parameter, the bottom snowball diameter. 2) To print a snowman in one piece or multiple pieces with ease. 3) To ensure vertical dimensions are exact multiples of printer layer height and horizontal dimensions are exact multiples of chosen nozzle diameter. 4) To continue developing openSCAD programming skills. Two main parameters control the design: part name and bottom snowman diameter. The part names are: "man" - Complete snowman with a hat on top. "body" - Complete body with a peg on top. "hat" - A hat with a peg hole on the bottom. "botmid" - Combined bottom and middle snowballs with a peg on top. "midtop" - Combined middle and top snowballs with a peg hole on the bottom and a peg on top. "bot" - Bottom snowball with a peg on top. "mid" - Middle snowball with a peg hole on the bottom and a peg on top. "top" - Top snowball with a peg hole on the bottom and a peg on top. "none" - Makes nothing, allowing import into another program for testing individual components. By default, middle and top snowballs have buttons and eyes, nose, and mouth. Customizer parameters control button deletion, eyelet addition to hats, and back half removal for refrigerator magnet creation. For detailed information and print settings, refer to the snowman.pdf document. Customizer app issues prevent model generation; download snowman.scad to create customized models.
