Printing Phineasjw's Replicator Bed Level Jig proved challenging due to ABS plastic requirements. Despite sufficient pressure, indicator alignment was satisfactory but magnet holes came up short by almost 1mm, prompting an edit of the original OpenSCAD file to compensate. To create larger magnet-sized holes and account for material variance, both a V2 STL and revised .scad file are provided from the same Thing source link (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23257). After adjustment of magnet diameter (hole_diameter) and allowance for manufacturing tolerances (hole_tolerance), combine and export STL directly from OpenSCAD to prepare for use with your replicator's bed leveling jig system.
