Customizable MacBook Pro (Retina) Cable Dock After working with a few existing models on Thingiverse, I determined that my cables were thicker than standard ones. Instead of shortening them, I chose this approach. The audio port is optional and can be disabled in the final options section of Customizer. Other than that, I still need to adjust the offset values for the ports, as they may be too close or too far apart. Enjoy! How I Designed This OpenSCAD Design Process This is a simple rounded rectangle with two additional layers: The ports layer is a group of rounded cubes The slots layer is a group of unrounded cubes These two layers are difference()'d against the outer shell to create the part you see. Slight tweaks are made to the cut-out modules for improved rendering and to allow for the optional audio port.
