Customizable Lightsaber Clip
thingiverse
This is a custom-made belt clip designed to securely hold a lightsaber toy. As my first successful model built in OpenSCAD, I'm excited to share this design with the community. To adapt this model for different size objects, simply modify the "item diameter" variable, which is the most critical value to adjust. The accompanying .stl files are generated using default settings, but you can download the original .scad file if you prefer more flexibility in customizing your design. This belt clip owes a significant debt of gratitude to the brilliant flashlight clip design found on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13467), which served as my primary inspiration for this project. For optimal results, I recommend printing this model with at least 60% infill to ensure maximum strength and durability. However, you can also opt for a lower resolution setting of 0.3mm layer height, which should still yield satisfactory results.
