Update 3/10/2016: Check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1406436 for my adjustable dual-lens holder. Also, on this one, I've added a feature to adjust the slot's width that holds the lens by tweaking the "Lens Thickness" setting. I drew heavily from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:455601 and crafted something that is super customizable and adjustable to fit different visors, IPDs, and lenses with ease. I created 38mm and 40.5mm models specifically for my Note4VR and discovered that they match the diameter of my lenses perfectly, so I made them accordingly. Then I made a standard 25mm one for the OpenDive/Diveboard setup with an average IPD of 65mm which suits me just right. All configurations can be managed via parameters at the top of the SCAD file, no problem. Note that Note4VR lens holders are a bit wider than those for Diveboard setups - something to keep in mind when choosing your fit. To get the best lenses out there, search for Durovis Dive Lens kits or buy bi-convex lenses with a 4 to 5 cm focal length instead; remember to set them so that they're far enough from the screen as their rating dictates.
