This printable brick goes beyond http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5699 in a few key areas, making customization effortless and offering the ability to generate wings, tiles with smooth tops, bricks similar to DUPLO, sloping bricks, Technic-style holes, and even more features. Depending on your printer's resolution, you might find that certain pieces won't fit precisely alongside standard LEGO blocks. If you manage to print any of these bricks, it would be great to hear how they connect with other bricks, especially if you have access to an SLS or SLA printer. Keep in mind that while these blocks share some similarities with their LEGO counterparts, they aren't identical replicas - but they're usually compatible. 02/14/2016: I added the option for double-female-sided bricks, where no studs are present on either side. 01/12/2015: I included the ability to create double-sided bricks that have studs on both top and bottom sides. 01/11/2015: Updates enabled printing of baseplates, roads, and better error checking. 01/07/2015: It's now possible to print curved bricks. 01/06/2015: Sloping bricks can be printed as well. 01/03/2015: Horizontal holes can be added for fitting rods and axles in a way that matches the Technic line of LEGO blocks. 12/31/2014: Wings can now be generated. 12/30/2014: Hollow studs are now available. 12/30/2014: Accurate placement of center knobs, posts, pins, axle holes, and reinforcement beams is a must-have update for improved structural integrity. 12/30/2014: Tiles can now print upside-down to make them easier to connect to adjacent bricks. 12/30/2014: Newly accurate dimensions were implemented. 12/30/2014: A specific wall diameter for posts has replaced estimates that relied on knob diameters.
