An open-design spherical light bulb enclosure, crafted with a flanged base, is created to fit into your kitchen's light fixture. Traditional kitchen light bulb globes are completely sealed without ventilation; however, LED bulbs require proper air circulation due to heat sensitivity. Thus, this innovative globe design features a circular hole at the bottom and six rectangular holes around the top for optimal airflow. Customization options include adjustable sphere diameter, flange diameter and height, globe thickness, and the number and size of ventilation holes. The print uses natural color ABS filament on Kapton tape-covered borosilicate glass pre-treated with ABS adhesive, maintaining a temperature setting of 225°C for extrusion and 110°C for bed temperature. Upon completion, the cooled print exhibited no issues related to adherence or detachment on treated glass; infill was set at 0.4.
