Customizable(in Onshape): Cork / Insulation Holder for Heated Bed

23.07.2018 Update: After more than 6 month one of the rubber bands snapped, changed it, now good to go 6 more month ;) 21.04.2018 Update: 3 Month and the Rubber band is still holding. 10.02.2018 Update: After 1 month the rubber-band ist still good. No wearing out. The same as 1 month ago. I made this holder for insulation of the heated beds. With this design, the heated bed remains adjustable. I don't know how long a rubber band cand withstand the heat of the bed. If it snaps in lesser than 3 months, I will try to make a 2nd version which solves the problem. I'll keep you updated. You will also need: 2x elastic bands \I don't know how to use OpenScad, that is why I choose to make it customizable in Onshape under the following link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e0cbc82555ef8bc4a18deada/w/9c1b01fcf8745db05d4bb013/e/9905fb48433535fe11a1c53c You can customize it with following values: (The uploaded STL has the default values) PCB Heated Bed width (only square) 100-400 mm (default = 215 mm) Cork/Insulation plate width (only square) 80-380 mm (default = 180mm) Cork/Insulation height: 1.5-20 mm (default = 5 mm) Distance from PCB Edge to hole 2-5mm (default = 3mm) Hole Diameter 2-5 mm (default = 3.1 mm) Spring Diameter 4.2-10.2 mm (also fits a washer) (default = 7.2mm)
