There are numerous variations of this design available on this site. However, all our printers have slightly different calibration settings, making it challenging to print friction-fit parts - so this version adds an easy-to-use "slack" slider that lets you adjust for the best fit with your machine. You can also set the overall size to your preference while maintaining the same amount of slack. We would like to thank tim1986 and Charles Rincheval for their original code contributions. Edit 16-Feb-2016: The default slack has been tightened from 0.5 mm to 0.4 mm. Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: ORION Delta 3D Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing Adjustments If the printed part sticks, either file it out or increase the SLACK variable in the customizer and re-print. If you're only printing one item, filing it out is acceptable; however, if you're producing multiple items, increasing the SLACK variable is a better approach.
