I'm taking precautions against potential backlash issues with my Da Vinci Jr's Y-axis by designing and printing a slightly enlarged idler pulley, which will help increase tension on the Y belt. This new component has been split into two distinct parts to make the printing process easier and more manageable. Once printed, these two parts must be carefully glued together to form a single functional unit.
