Customizable Hole cap

Customizable Hole cap

thingiverse

I have three holes in my bathroom sink's granite top, two for cold and hot water faucets and one where the water comes out. A very common thing for years ago. To modernize it, I replace that with a new mixer (you see it in the picture), but it uses only one hole. What do I do with the unused two holes on the top? I design these hole caps to be used in such situations to come to help! But I know every place has its own top thickness, hole diameter, etc., so I make this design customizable. What better way to learn some rudiments of OpenSCAD? So whatever you have a hole that you want to fill with elegance or you want to use this as a remix base where you build something on your hole, this is the model for you! Please put a picture of your use of these objects in the "made" tab of this thing! Printer Settings Printer: New Matter MOD-t Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm / layer Infill: 100% Notes: This cap is printed upside down, thus I design the top chamfer to be at 45°, so every printer can print that in good quality without the use of support. This way, the print is fast and easy and you can print many holes in no time!
