A Total Overhaul of My Customizable Hinge! The New Version is an Absolute Game-Changer for Printers Everywhere! This revolutionary design is significantly more printable and boasts a plethora of adjustable parameters that will make your printing experience a breeze. Gone are the days of tedious disassembly, as long as you set the hinge gap parameter to a value your printer can handle, it should come off the bed with ease. Major upgrades from the previous version include the introduction of angled interfaces between the hinge points, replacing traditional solid pins for improved printability and enhanced flexibility in screw hole placement. This innovative approach has taken my customizable hinge to new heights! Update: 2016-12-12 - I've made a few key tweaks to ensure seamless performance. The hinge can now be printed without overlapping the leafs, even when the design is small or the leafs are particularly thick. Additionally, I've fine-tuned the balanced screwhole spacing to place it closer to the edges for optimal results.
