This customizable luggage tag fits standard business cards, but can be tailored to suit any card size. It features a 2-piece design that bolts together at the corners and pressure clamps the card in place. An open-source hardware logo cutout adorns the back. The default settings use M3x10 screws, and most parameters are customizable through the provided software. Be sure to measure your business card for accurate fit (an extra .1mm is recommended) and consider waterproofing with plastic wrap or laminating your card before insertion. The tag's height ensures durability and prevents protruding screws, but you can adjust this as desired. Simply print the plate as-is or use top() and bottom() functions for customization. A logo can be added during printing if desired, though it will require additional plastic.
