Customizable Hammond Style Box

These enclosures match their Hammond counterparts in every way, with the same inner and outer dimensions. The holes in the lid only go 3mm deep instead of all the way through it. These boxes are designed to use magnets as a closing mechanism instead of screws. The body requires four 3mm Diameter by 10mm height screws. The top needs four 4mm Diameter by 3mm height magnets. Those same magnets can be used with the original Hammond boxes since they fit, but they need to be glued into place. With the 3D printed part, they should simply press fit in place. With the original boxes, consider using a 6mm Diameter by 1mm height magnet to cover the magnet in the lid. Testing sizes: First, print test.stl and check if wall sizes and holes for the magnet fit your printer settings. If they do, you're good to go. You can use all the available boxes. Each box comes with its own STL files: * Both: Body and Lid * Body: only the body * Lid: only the lid If they don't match, open the customizer and adjust the values as needed. The offsets are measured from the original size. The attached STLs were rendered using the customizer's default settings.
