Customizable Hair Clipper Guard for 45mm head width clipper. Should print even without supports (with some imperfections below two side flaps like things). Fins could be printed with one perimeter 0 infill, minimum 0.5mm wall thickness, base plate should be solid, >60% infill. Size 44mm guard tested with PLA, nozzle 0.5mm, layer 0.25, default parameters in SCAD file. You can use a "jet lighter" or small torch to soften the print sharp edges. Also may be useful to slightly soften plastic and shape it to make a perfect fit with the clipper head. I have borrowed base plate from benswanson4 model www.thingiverse.com/thing:406513. How to use: Download all files to the same folder, use OpenSCAD to generate your own clipper guard. On-line Customizer app won't work with this model.
