Customizable GoPro Action Camera 360 rig (with underwater case)

IMPORTANT NOTICE This project has not been tested yet, and participants are welcome to contribute any necessary improvements and test-print it (it weighs over 150 grams). Real measurements of the GoPro waterproof casing are required, and any available actual dimensions would be greatly appreciated. 360 GoPro/action camera mount rig This unique setup allows you to record 360-degree videos with six or more action cameras. It is the only design of its kind published on Thingiverse that enables this feature while using all underwater cases, making it theoretically possible to record 360-degree underwater videos. You will need hex head screws instead of the GoPro thumb-screwed ones since they won't fit. The rig can be used with either a 1/4-inch nut for standard photography tripods or triple GoPro-compatible connectors for use with any standard GoPro accessory. Configure the number of cameras to your liking: six, seven, eight, nine, and so on. Subtract two from this total (the top and bottom cameras) and set it as N - that's done. When setting MaxCamDim, carefully measure the dimensions in millimeters using the maximum value, which is typically the camera width. Don't forget to add some spare space, and consider adjusting this parameter if your camera connector isn't centered. This extra space can also come in handy for configurations with more than four cameras, as the available height within the rig will be reduced (you can always set the cameras at an angle outside the rig). You can choose to render just the edges, which is useful if you need many cameras and your printer struggles with volume. Simply print the Simple Edges individually (along with at least one Main Edge for the top and bottom cameras).
