Customizable Gluing Jig for Folger Tech Kossel Carbon Fiber Arms
thingiverse
This is what I used to secure the 6 rods on my Folger Tech Kossel 2020. I refined the openscad file to make it highly customizable. You should be able to use this with other rod end sizes by adjusting a few variables. When using this jig, the only issue I encountered was getting a small amount of super glue on the clamp while gluing all 6 at once. Next time I would likely glue 2 or 3 at a time rather than all 6 rods simultaneously. At any rate, my arms turned out quite well since my prints come out with high accuracy. I made the version I uploaded 2mm shorter than what I used so the gluing process would be slightly easier from the jig. I designed 2 sets of jigs. When gluing the other ends, I simply pushed the jigs together to achieve equal lengths. You can open this in the thingiverse Customizer or edit the openscad file to suit your preferences.
