Customizable Glow Stick Wand

First off, major props go out to MS3FGX for his incredible customizable wand design. All I did was add some extra features. This remix uses the same code as the original with some tweaks thrown in. Here are the changes: I removed the static 0.5 mm buffer from the original, so you'll need to add a little extra room for tolerance. Since glow sticks are pretty soft, I found that 0.3 works really well. I added an outer diameter as a separate parameter. This was essential for me because I use cheap, thin bracelet glow sticks, and being able to specify both the outer and inner diameters separately made all the difference. I also added a bore length. Again, since I was using glow sticks instead of a wooden dowel, I needed more of the glow stick sticking out of the handle.
