Not a new idea, but this one is customizable using OpenSCAD. You can choose gimbal pivots, size, number of rings etc. Customizing:Download, install and run OpenSCAD, it's completely free (open source; Win/Linux/Mac),load the scad file,customize in the customizer panel on the right,press F6 to render and F7 to export STL.I wish Printables had an OpenSCAD customizer like some other sites…Printing: Standard settings. I prefer random seams though.
