Customizable Gear or double gear (V pattern) with optional pivot

I customized an OpenSCAN library file by adding some features and fixing an alignment issue in the example provided. I've made changes to the code so far, but haven't cleaned up the comments yet. The updated script allows you to create one or two gears with a V-shaped or chevron pattern, which can be reversed or modified in various ways, including altering the angle of the teeth and changing the pivot radius. You also have the option to add a hole of any size.
