Lightweight and easy-to-use GPS sun visor for Garmin devices. ============================================== Should fit all Garmin devices mentioned, but refer to the dimensions of the 2595 device, which was the inspiration for this design, and compare them to your device's measurements. It is crucial to check if your device has a similar curved shape on its sides since this design is intended to slide over your GPS. This sun visor was created due to limitations in my printer's dimensions (15x15x15cm). For printing purposes, I rotated the object 45° along the Z-axis. This allowed for more space and straight-line filament printing instead of a 45° angle. The entire shell is only 1mm thick, but additional bone structure was added to provide extra strength. A common weakness found in many designs is that the power button becomes inaccessible. To address this issue, I incorporated an easily accessible power button into my design.
