Customizable Filament Spool

Some filament samples are supplied as loops of filament without a spool. The large loops can be challenging to roll onto standard small-spindled spools. To make this process easier, I created a customizable spool that allows me to easily create wide-spindle spools for loading filament samples. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing: Print two spool halves and snap them together at the hub. Note that specifying spokes will result in better aesthetics if they are aligned properly. A small mallet or hammer used carefully can be helpful in ensuring the parts connect securely.
