This thing is designed for a J-head full metal type, specifically customized to work with a 25x25 mm, 30x30 mm, or 35x35 mm fan in various dimensions. It also accommodates different measures of the hot end. In Version 2.0, they have fixed some printing issues that make it easy to print and use fans as large as 40x40 mm or larger dimensions. However, one crucial point is to never use fans with a "y" dimension longer than the total extruder height including the extruder nozzle and heat block heights. In Version 2.1, they added a wall tube for the fan screw fastening system, which makes this thing even stronger.
