I added a custom image of your choice, the American flag, and also included files for the Union Jack. Additionally, I included an "empty frame" to help keep each color in its correct location, as well as a blank "base" that can be edited with your preferred image. To center your images on the base, simply remove any dimensions from it. Also, remember to flip your image "face down" so it prints correctly after printing. For the Union Jack, I recommend printing the White first because purging out the red is more difficult and may result in a pink color instead of white. After each print, be sure to remove any wipe or purge lines before starting the next color. I printed the American flag using the following settings: Supports were turned OFF for all layers, with custom supports added to the base. Making the recess for the image 0.48mm deep allows you to print everything at either 0.16 or 0.24 layer height. The blue was printed first, at a 0.16 layer height, without any skirt, brim, or raft. Next, I printed the red at a 0.16 layer height, also without any skirt, brim, or raft. I then printed the white third, still at a 0.16 layer height, with no skirt, brim, or raft, and enabled Z-Hop 0.5mm. Lastly, I printed the black base fourth, at a 0.24 layer height, without any skirt, brim, or raft, with Z-Hop 0.5mm enabled and custom supports added beneath the two screw holders using the Custom Support plugin for Cura.
