It features round corners, mounting noses, easy dimension settings and a lid that seals the box waterproof when applied with some sealant (hot glue or bicycle mounting grease). Note that standard plastics (ABS, PLA, PETG, Nylon) degrade in UV light exposure. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the box's integrity. A note on cable holes: customize the cutouts by viewing the source code. Press the "View Code" button next to the "Create Thing" button. Then, locate the section commented with "// ************************** // ** YOUR OWN CUTOUTS HERE! // **************************" and "// ************************** // ** / CUTOUTS // **************************". Remove the two existing cutouts and add your own. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 custom Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 or 0.25 Infill: 30%, rectlinear Notes: Print in any desired color or material. Adjust the barrierTolerance global constant to make the trench wider than its counterpart on the lid. I recommend printing with brim for ABS due to its round corners, which reduce stress but still require some caution.
