Customizable edge marking gauge

As a woodworker, you can use this marking gauge when working with plywood, particle board, or any other board. For example, if you work with an 18 mm (~3/4") board, you can use it to mark the center of the edge of the board (9 mm mark), draw a line 9 mm parallel to the edge for a connecting 18 mm board, draw a line 18 mm parallel to the edge for a connecting 18 mm board, and draw a line perpendicular to the edge so you can follow a mark from one edge of the board to the other. Most printers slightly shrink internal dimensions, that's why I've uploaded an exactly 18 mm version, as well as a slightly larger version. I've also created a fully customizable version, allowing you to create marking gauges for boards with any thickness. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Notes: By default this model has 1.6 mm walls, so if you have a printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle and set the shell thickness to 0.8 mm in your slicer, you'll get solid walls. I've printed it in "standing" position to speed up the print by minimizing travel and retraction, ensuring it won't break at corners. However, this position may result in imperfect edges depending on printer accuracy. If you don't want to sand the edges, rotate the model and lay it on its "back," but risk layer separation at corners.
