Customizable Dungeon Terrain

This set of roleplaying tiles allows for customization using a makerbot customizer to create printable rooms that enhance your gaming experience. A rectangular area up to 10x10 can be created, with the ability to select different styles for walls and floor. Choose from randomly selected stone faces, horizontal & vertical wood, or smooth. All attached STL files for walls, tiles, and segments can be generated using the customizer. The set was designed with several goals in mind: expandability through numerous features for attaching doors, staircases, angled walls, etc.; recreating maps from modules; creating more than just dungeons; sprucing up designs with multiple styles; simplicity of extension with OpenSCAD code; and shorter walls for easier miniature movement. This set is compatible with tiles from Thingiverse but not walls, and includes project code and STL files on GitHub. These tiles print well and look good, but some may benefit from light brown paint drybrushed on to enhance the wood appearance. Printing larger pieces with fewer connectors results in more rigid designs that handle game day better. The bottom layer can cause connection issues, so running a knife around the edges improves fit. Don't forget to print plenty of tall and short corners as well as connectors.
