I needed a stand for my RF Explorer with the case still on it, so I decided to create something similar to what already exists but make it parameterized so I could adapt it to any project.\nDesigning This Project\nUsing OpenSCAD only, I created a digital model of the existing design as a starting point, then focused on getting the angles right by developing a tool that allows me to swing the arm up and down while maintaining the correct angle at the bottom. Next, I made all the dimensions and settings adjustable.
