Customizable cylindrical lampshade / lithophane mount

For mounting cylindrical lampshades (and lithophanes). The input values in the cuszomizer represent the actual part dimensions. Play (to the mount and to the lampshade) is not considered and you should add some by yourself when setting the parameters. By default, the vertical centers of lampshade and bulb are aligned. For this, you need to measure the "height of the lamp (bulb) center above the mount", according to the picture. Supports must be enabled. If you don't need the vertical alignment, you can check "no lifted hub" and print without supports. Another checkbox deactivates spokes and hub, so you can print the ring only and put it on top of the lampshade for symmetry reasons. I'm using https://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ for generating the litophane-STL out of any photograph. For a cylindrical litophane, use inner or outer curve and set "Curve" to 360 in model settings. Multiply your desired diameter with Pi (3.14) and put the value in "Maximum Size".
