Customizable Classroom Pass

Customizable Classroom Pass

thingiverse

I create passes for my classroom so I don't have to scribble a million little passes on sticky notes. Whenever students find them in the hallway, they immediately know who they belong to. I store them on my desk in a small box, and students can come and get one to show their teachers when they need extra time with me during their free study period. To personalize the pass, I use Autodesk Inventor and modify the embossed sketch of the text on the pass. In the Inventor browser, I click Emboss>Sketch>Right-click>Edit Sketch. Then, right-click the text>Edit Text and change it to suit my needs. Next, I export the file as an STL file, import it into Cura, and reslice it. Suddenly, my customized pass is ready!
