Make your own version, you can modify the size and text on choker. Inspired by SexyCyborg choker at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2394831. In the original, it's recommended to print with flexible filament, but if you adjust the choker thickness to 1 or 2 mm, you might be able to get away with printing with PLA or ABS.
